A PMHNP can assess, diagnose and treat a full range of psychiatric conditions, using both psychotherapy and medication management if indicated.

The process starts with a brief initial phone interview where you will talk about your goals and set up a time to meet for an initial comprehensive diagnostic evaluation.

From there you will work with Sarah to develop your treatment plan which may include psychotherapy, psychotropic medication management or both. If you have a therapist you already work with, Sarah will work collaboratively with them.

In order to provide the most individualized and highest quality of care, Sarah limits the number of patients that she works with. This ensures enhanced care and availability to each patient that she treats.

Sarah also offers consultations for people who are already in treatment but are considering different options.

Flexible schedules are offered with the ability to speak between visits via phone and/or email. Sarah is accessible to her patients and easy to communicate with.

Sarah does not accept insurance and is an out of network provider. Most insurance companies offer out of network reimbursement for services. An invoice will be provided to you on the day of service that you will submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.
